I’m your teacher Loviisa Mellin. I graduated from the Critical Alignment Yoga institute in Amsterdam as Critical Alignment Yoga (CAY) teacher and Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) teacher. The study is completed with broad anatomical knowledge about ailments in the lower back, upper back, neck and schoulders. Join our class and heal your back, neck and shouders.
